Dr. Yvonne Finnegan has a BSc. (Hons) in Nutrition & Dietetics, a PhD in Nutrition and is a CORU registered Dietitian.
Yvonne has been working in the food industry as a nutritionist and regulatory manager for the past 25 years and has a wide breadth of experience. Yvonne’s aim is to help companies understand how health and nutrition can deliver growth and sustainability to brands and businesses.
Since setting up as an independent consultant in 2012 she has been advising global companies like Danone, Glanbia, Tate &Lyle (Ingredients), Lucozade Ribena Suntory, Herbalife, GSK, Almarai (Saudi Arabia), Valeofoods and Lifes2Good as well as start-ups.
Yvonne is based in the Republic of Ireland but travels regularly to serve global clients.
